Booking And Cancellation Policy

If you would like to reserve your date please send 50% of your total due as a  non-refundable (but transferrable) deposit to Zelle (indigodreamsrecovery@gmail.com or Cashpp $recoveryprohouston

PUT YOUR NAME AND ARRIVAL DATE IN THE MEMO. The final balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival.

Checking In & Out of Indigo Dreams Recovery
Our check-in time is Noon (12 pm) and our check-out time is 9 am. If you need to check-in early or check-out late, there is a surcharge and it is based upon availability. Please plan your flights accordingly.   If your flight arrives before then you can opt to Uber to the house, or wait for pickup. If your outbound flight is after 11 am you may be required to provide transportation to airport. This is based on our transport schedule for that day.

If an early check-in is available, guests will be charged a fee of $50 to have access to a bed. Once check out time approaches, guests will need to vacate their room for turnover but can remain on the property until their flight time.

Late check-out does not include transportation to the airport and I understand it will be my responsibility to transport myself to the airport any time after 10am.

If a guest checks in after surgery, they are not entitled to a bed until check-in time which is 2:00 PM. We make every effort to accommodate their needs, however, booked guests cannot be removed from their bed prior to 9am check-out time.

Cancellation Policy
In order to provide the best experience possible for our guests, if you need to cancel your stay with us for any reason, please email Indigo Dreams Recovery as we need the cancellation in writing 30 days prior to your scheduled date.

You must cancel at least one month before your check-in date to move deposit to your new date or transfer your deposit and monies paid to another individual.  Cancellations inside the 30 day window are considered last minute and are not eligible for a refund of any kind. If you have not contacted us within the three week time frame to pay your balance, you forfeit not only your deposit but all monies paid.

If you must depart early, for any reason you do not complete your entire stay you will not be refunded for unused days.  Please plan your length of stay wisely.

If your surgery is cancelled last minute (inside 30 day window) and moved to a different date AND YOU HAVE NOT CHECKED IN YET– we will do our best to accommodate your schedule change but there will only be a 50% credit for unused days and a $200.00 rebooking fee.

If your full balance is not paid within 21 days of check-in you must contact us to make a payment or your reservation will be canceled and you forfeit any monies paid.

The deposit is non-refundable including all of the following reasons : surgery cancellation, no-show or failure to check in on your scheduled date, weather conditions, last minute date change of surgery.  Once full balance is submitted your reservation is complete and any cancellation for any reason will result in forfeit of payment. – Once you have checked in there will be no refund or reimbursement for unused days that you have reserved.
